3.2 Product Images
Product images are intended to illustrate the appearance of the products as accurately as possible.
However, minor differences in colour, packaging, branding or design may occur due to manufacturer updates, production changes or display settings on individual devices.
Such differences shall not be considered product defects, provided that they do not affect the product’s essential characteristics, quality or intended use.
3.3 Prices
All prices displayed on electrivo.gr are expressed in Euro (€) and include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT).
Shipping charges, cash on delivery fees (where applicable) and any other additional charges are displayed separately during the checkout process before the customer completes the purchase.

Any change in price shall not affect orders that have already been accepted by electrivo.gr.
The price applicable to your purchase is the one displayed at the time your order is successfully submitted.
3.5 Pricing Errors
Despite our continuous efforts to ensure accuracy, pricing or typographical errors may occasionally occur.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical, typographical or administrative error, we reserve the right to cancel the order before the sales contract is concluded.
Where payment has already been received, any amount paid will be refunded in full without undue delay.
3.6 Product Availability
All products displayed on the Website are offered subject to availability.
Product availability may change without prior notice due to sales, inventory updates, supplier availability or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Displaying a product on the Website does not guarantee that it will remain available at the time an order is placed or accepted.
3.7 Unavailable Products

Depending on the circumstances, we may:
- offer an estimated restocking date;

This email confirms that we have received your order and contains a summary of its details.
The confirmation email is generated automatically and does not constitute acceptance of your order or the formation of a sales contract.
4.3 Acceptance of Your Order
A legally binding sales contract is formed only when electrivo.gr accepts your order.
Acceptance may occur, for example, when:
- you receive confirmation that your order is being processed;
- your order has been dispatched to the selected courier; or
- we otherwise expressly confirm that your order has been accepted.
Until that time, we reserve the right to decline or cancel your order for legitimate reasons and in accordance with applicable law.

- payment could not be successfully authorised or verified;

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request, provided that your order has not yet entered the processing or dispatch stage.
Once an order has been dispatched, any cancellation or return will be handled in accordance with our Returns Policy and your statutory rights.
4.6 Product Availability After Ordering
In the unlikely event that one or more items become unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you to discuss the available options.
Depending on the circumstances, we may:
- dispatch the available items separately;

- wait until the unavailable item is restocked; or
- cancel the affected item and refund the corresponding amount.
No substitute product will ever be supplied without your prior consent.
4.7 Invoices and Tax Documents
A valid tax document (receipt or invoice, where applicable) will be issued for every completed order in accordance with Greek tax legislation.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing details during checkout.

- failures of telecommunications or utility services;
- government measures or restrictions;
- pandemics;

We reserve the right to add, remove or modify available payment methods at any time. Such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
5.2 Card Payments
Payments made by credit or debit card are processed through a secure payment gateway operated by an authorised payment service provider.
electrivo.gr does not collect, process or store your card details.
All payment information is handled directly by the payment provider in accordance with applicable security standards and industry best practices.
Depending on your card issuer, additional authentication measures (such as Strong Customer Authentication) may be required to complete the transaction.

Customers may also complete their purchase using IRIS Payments, where available.
Orders paid through IRIS will be processed after successful confirmation of the transaction.
Further information regarding IRIS Payments can be found on the Payments page.
5.5 Cash on Delivery
Where the Cash on Delivery (COD) service is available, payment may be made upon delivery of the order.

We reserve the right to restrict or refuse the Cash on Delivery option in certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
- unusually high-value orders;
- delivery locations where the service is unavailable;
- suspected fraudulent activity;
- or other legitimate operational or security reasons.
5.6 Payment Verification
Payment is considered completed only after successful confirmation by the relevant payment provider or, in the case of bank transfers, after the funds have been credited to our bank account.
Until payment has been successfully verified, we reserve the right to delay the processing or dispatch of your order.
5.7 Fraud Prevention
To protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent or unauthorised transactions, we may carry out reasonable verification checks before accepting or processing an order.
Where necessary, we may request additional information or contact you to verify your identity, billing details or payment information.
If we are unable to verify the information provided, or if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to decline or cancel the order before a sales contract has been formed.
5.8 Refunds
Where a refund is due—for example following a cancellation, withdrawal, or where we are unable to fulfil an order—it will be processed without undue delay and in accordance with applicable law.
Unless otherwise agreed or technically impracticable, refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
5.9 Additional Information

In such cases, we may contact you to arrange a new delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply where the failed delivery was not caused by electrivo.gr or the courier company.
6.6 Receipt of Goods
Upon delivery, customers are encouraged to inspect the package for any visible signs of damage or tampering before accepting the shipment.
If any visible damage or irregularity is identified, customers should notify both the courier and electrivo.gr as soon as reasonably practicable.
This recommendation does not affect or limit any statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.
6.7 Transfer of Risk
The risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to the customer when the goods are delivered into the physical possession of the customer or of a third party designated by the customer, other than the carrier, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Where the customer independently appoints a carrier that has not been offered by electrivo.gr, the transfer of risk shall take place in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
