Returns Policy
At electrivo.gr, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Returns Policy explains your rights and the conditions under which products may be returned.
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at info@electrivo.gr before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- be in its original condition,
- not have been used beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and functionality,
- be returned with all accessories, manuals and original packaging,
- be accompanied by the corresponding proof of purchase.
If the returned product has diminished in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and proper functioning, we reserve the right to reduce the amount of the refund accordingly, as permitted by applicable law.
3. Return Shipping Costs
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the cost of returning the product is your responsibility.
If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, all return shipping costs will be covered by electrivo.gr.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed without undue delay and in accordance with applicable legislation.
Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless another method is agreed upon.
5. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- defective,
- damaged during transport,
- or different from the item you ordered,
please contact us as soon as possible by email, providing a description of the issue and, where possible, photographs of the product.
After evaluating your request, we will either:
- replace the product, or
- issue a full refund,
without any additional cost to you.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases provided by applicable legislation, including but not limited to:
- products manufactured according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized,
- products which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items,
- products excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygiene, safety or other legal reasons, where the relevant legal conditions are met.
