This Returns Policy explains your rights and the conditions under which products may be returned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-a64c38df\">1. Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-d14835a4\">In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within <strong>14 calendar days<\/strong> from the date you receive your order, without providing any reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-7b00c25e\">To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at <a href=\"mailto:info@electrivo.gr\"><strong>info@electrivo.gr<\/strong><\/a> before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-a70f4f37\">2. Return Conditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-c9637786\">To be eligible for a return, the product must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>be in its original condition,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>not have been used beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and functionality,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>be returned with all accessories, manuals and original packaging,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>be accompanied by the corresponding proof of purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-350ed23b\">If the returned product has diminished in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and proper functioning, we reserve the right to reduce the amount of the refund accordingly, as permitted by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-ace40e1a\">3. Return Shipping Costs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-1a9aaa5c\">If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the cost of returning the product is your responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-94823597\">If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, all return shipping costs will be covered by <strong>electrivo.gr<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-f6d55639\">4. Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-5904ff13\">Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed without undue delay and in accordance with applicable legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-92fe2b29\">Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless another method is agreed upon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-127a8d8d\">5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-ea4660d9\">The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases provided by applicable legislation, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>products manufactured according to the customer&#8217;s specifications or clearly personalized,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>products which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>products excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygiene, safety or other legal reasons, where the relevant legal conditions are met.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-dced22e2\">7.
